These terms are an agreement between you and Auralabs (“we”, “us”) for the Chaozy: Party Games app (“Chaozy”, “the app”) and this website. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

1. Who can use Chaozy

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires it.
Packs and dares that involve alcohol, and packs marked Spicy, are only for adults of legal drinking age where you live. Do not use them with anyone under that age.

2. Play responsibly

Chaozy is a party game. Every question and dare is a suggestion, and nobody has to do anything they are not comfortable with. Skip anything you want.

Drinking is never required. Use the No drinking switch to replace drinking dares with sober ones.
Never drink and drive. Do not pressure anyone to drink, and stop if someone has had enough.
Do not do dares that are dangerous, illegal, harmful to others or against someone’s wishes.
You and your group are responsible for what you choose to do while playing. We are not responsible for injury, loss or damage that results from doing a dare or answering a question.

3. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment, in line with these terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its content, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or interfere with its servers or other players.

4. Online rooms and display names

When you play an online room, other players see the display name and avatar you choose. Do not use names that are offensive, impersonate someone else, or include personal information about yourself or others. We may remove rooms or block access to online play to stop abuse.

5. Premium, subscriptions and purchases

Chaozy is free to download. Premium unlocks every pack, removes ads and keeps your full game history. It is offered as a weekly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.

Payment. Purchases are made through your Apple ID or Google Play account and charged at confirmation.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancelling. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. If you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the stores.
Price changes. If we change a subscription price, the store will notify you as its rules require, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
Restoring. Use Restore purchases in the app, signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
Lifetime. A lifetime purchase gives Premium for as long as we offer and support the app. It includes the games and packs we add to Premium later.

6. Ads

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.

7. Content and ownership

The app, its games, questions, artwork, mascot, sounds and trademarks belong to Auralabs or our licensors. These terms do not give you any ownership of them. We may add, change or remove games, packs and features at any time.

8. Third-party services

The app relies on services from Apple, Google (including Firebase and AdMob) and RevenueCat. Your use of the App Store or Google Play is also governed by their terms. On iOS, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies together with these terms; if they conflict, these terms apply to the extent the Apple terms allow.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the app will always be available, error-free or that online rooms will never disconnect.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Auralabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or enjoyment, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access to online features if you break these terms. Sections 2, 7, 9, 10 and 12 continue to apply after that.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Vietnam, unless the consumer protection law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

13. Changes

We may update these terms when the app or the law changes. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using the app after a change, the updated terms apply.
